The short answer

Lives are stored in your browser. Use Move my lives for a transfer, then verify the destination before clearing the original storage.

01

Know which browser holds the life

The original does not require a player account. Returning in the same browser can continue a locally stored life. A different browser, device or private window may have separate storage, so a missing life there does not by itself mean the original has disappeared.

Before switching devices, note the character’s name and age. Keep the original browser available until you have confirmed the expected life at the destination. A screenshot or share card can preserve a memory, but it is not a substitute for a playable save.

02

Use the built-in transfer flow

Open Move my lives in the original game and follow its current code-based instructions. The screen is the authority for the order of actions and any transfer limits.

  1. Open the original browser that contains the expected life.
  2. Start Move my lives and read the displayed instructions.
  3. Complete the matching flow on the destination browser or device.
  4. Check the character and progress on the destination before relying on the transfer.
03

If a save warning keeps appearing

A player reported a persistent save message, but a comment cannot identify the cause of another person’s problem. Record the exact warning, version, browser and whether you used private browsing. Use the original feedback link with those details.

Avoid clearing the original site’s storage while it is your only copy. Do not publish a transfer code in a forum or send it to this guide. We cannot access, recover or move your browser’s game data.
